Fundraising Dinner

The Fundraising Dinner has become an annual tradition at the APA Convention. It gives Division members, as well as allies, the opportunity to gather together to celebrate the Division’s accomplishments and future plans. Tickets are sought after commodities and often sell out even before convention.

Boston

This year the dinner is scheduled for Saturday, August 16, 2008, 6:00 p.m.10:00 p.m., at the Renaissance Boston Waterfront Hotel, located at 606 Congress Street in Boston. We’ll have a cash bar cocktail reception at 6 p.m. and will begin dinner at 7 p.m. The Renaissance has created a special buffet dinner menu of four courses for Division 44 that gives us a variety of selections that will suit any and all tastes.

Reservations

Please make your reservation as soon as possible to guarantee your place at the dinner. Mail your reservations and donation (check payable to SPSLGBI) to:

Tickets for the dinner are:

  • Students - $60 (limited number available)
  • Division 44 members, guests and allies - $75
  • Mentors add an additional $75 to sponsor a student

Students who wish to attend the dinner as a sponsored guest should contact Dr. Ranney to request sponsorship.

Donations

Consider supporting Division 44’s Annual Fund Raising Dinner by making a donation in addition to your dinner reservation or making a donation even if you are not able to attend the dinner. Funds raised support important Division 44 initiatives. We have a number of categories for your consideration.
