Fundraising Dinner

The Fundraising Dinner has become an annual tradition at the APA Convention. It gives Division members, as well as allies, the opportunity to gather together to celebrate the Division's accomplishments and future plans. Tickets are sought after commodities and often sell out even before convention.

This year the dinner is scheduled for Saturday, August 14, 2010, from 7:15 pm to 10 pm at the Old Town Mexican Café located at 2489 San Diego Avenue in San Diego, CA. Our dinner will consist of an appetizer and a fabulous selection of seven entree selections and 2 dessert options. There will be a brief program during dinner.

Reservations

Since we have been able to negotiate an excellent price for dinner, we are passing on the lower cost this year! But you will need to act fast and make your reservation early. You can mail, fax or email your reservation form.

Tickets for the dinner are:

  • Students - $45 (limited number available)
  • Division 44 members, guests and allies - $60
  • Mentors add an additional $60 per student sponsored

Students who wish to attend the dinner as a sponsored guest should contact Dr. Ranney to request sponsorship.

Donations

Consider supporting Division 44's Annual Fund Raising Dinner by making a donation in addition to your dinner reservation or making a donation even if you are not able to attend the dinner. Funds raised support important Division 44 initiatives. We have a number of categories for your consideration. Your support will be acknowledged and you will receive one or more complimentary dinners (see the reservation form for details) which can be used by students.

  • Sponsor - $150
  • Patron - $250
  • Benefactor - $500
  • Champion - $1,000
