Task Force on Mentoring
Leadership
Mission
The purpose of this group is to develop strategies for increasing involvement in the division (both students and early career professionals), to change the perception of the division as a closed group which is hard to enter, open up the division to fresh ideas and new faces, and keep newly active members involved so that we continually groom leadership for the division in future years.
Recent activities
We coordinated the annual Graduate Student Mentoring Workshop and Reception (co-sponsored with APAGS CLGBTC) as well as an ECP Networking Program during the APA convention. We also serve as a liaison between Division 44 and APAGS CLGBTC.
